Metals measurements in sediment, water and fish from the Gulf of Suez within the M. Sc. Study (1991 - 1993).

Metals measurements in fish and water of treated sewage  "Biological Treatment of Sewage in Suez ponds” within the project of Reuse of Sewage wastes in Fish culture (1992 -1995).

Metals measurements in fish from Egyptian waters (Mediterranean and Red Sea) within the project of Sea Food Safety and Fish Decontamination (1994 - 1997).

Chemical survey (sampling and analysis) in the Gulf of Aqaba "Red Sea Program, 1996 - 1997".

Environmental assessment and marine survey at the marine area of the Red Sea, Suez and Aqaba Gulfs related to tourism (1996 – till now).

Chemical survey and coastal pollution  (sampling and analysis) in the Red Sea “Coastal Water Monitoring Program” (1998 - 2000).

Operating the flame-flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometer apparatus, coupled with Hydride system (mercury analyser).

Operating the CTD apparatus, which measure salinity, conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and other hydrographic conditions.
